James was born in Fresno, CA and his family moved to the Lancaster area when he was a young boy. From an early age, he enjoyed playing with his friends and participating in sports, with his favorite being basketball. He also played soccer, track and various recreational sports. When he was a child, his mom and stepdad brought him to church, where he learned about Jesus. He was baptized around 8 years old. James has a large family with several siblings, including 7 brothers and 2 sisters.

Rebecca grew up in the Kansas City area within a family of seven. She was baptized as a baby and raised in a Catholic home. Rebecca's Background
Rebecca grew up in the Kansas City area within a family of seven. She was baptized as a baby and raised in a Catholic home. As a young child, she enjoyed writing stories, playing outdoors and spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks with her "Grandma Mable". As she got older, she ran track and developed an interest in film, eventually earning a Bachelor's in Communication Studies from the University of Missouri- Kansas City. While she separated from the Catholic Church as a young adult, she is today a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.
James & Rebecca
In 2010, we met in Las Vegas in what can only be described as Gods hand at work. We crossed paths on the busy Las Vegas strip while Rebecca was vacationing with some friends. Following our initial meeting, we remained in touch, talking on the phone almost every day for hours on end. James later moved to the Kansas City area

In 2010, we met in Las Vegas in what can only be described as Gods hand at work. We crossed paths on the busy Las Vegas strip while Rebecca was vacationing with some friends. Following our initial meeting, we remained in touch, talking on the phone almost every day for hours on end. James later moved to the Kansas City area and helped raise Rebecca's son Damian and her daughter Dakota. To this day, he is a devoted stepdad and Rebecca and James have two daughters together, Mariah and Ariel.
OUR FAMILY
As a family, we regularly spend time together, frequenting local parks, visiting Smithville Lake and volunteering in our community. We enjoy having family picnics and hanging out with our loved ones. On the Sabbath Day, we hold an intimate church service within our home, where James preaches. At times, we are joined by close family and friends. This has strengthened our faith in God and challenged us to walk the narrow path as we seek a deep and meaningful relationship with him. We spread the good news with others so they can find salvation in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
ROOTED IN CHRIST
We are blessed to be humble servants of the Lord, leveraging our ministry to share God's love and truth. In Christ we are strengthened. Through him all things are possible. We pray that through us his will may be done.
